The Bass is Absolutely Brilliant in this…It just gives the whole song an Amazing Feel. It is always easy giving negative comments but come on this version of the song is sensational.

  2. Scott Osborne says:

God Sheehan knows how to ruin music. It ain’t all about the bass man.
Greg B Was way better in a band environment.
    Ritchie was a wasted talent.

  3. Stevie Ross says:

Pretty unsympathetic bass playing right there………just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.

Actually Billy’s bass is AWESOME!  Maybe at the VERY beginning he over compensates a bit…. but the rest is great!  Maybe too may bass haters out there??  BTW in the ORIGINAL VIDEO/ SONG there is a keyboard in it.  Ya ever think that Billy is trying to incorporate that into this???  I myself don’t think so but all you TROLLS obviously would never have thought of that cause you likely think Winery wrote this….. Any Whoo…  This is a great version of this classic and Billy is Awesome!

It’s ridiculous that anyone who can play like Richie, then becomes a killer vocalist along the way!! He sings the hell out of this, and the original is widely considered to be one of the best vocals ever recorded. If you love music, HOW CAN YOU NOT LOVE THIS!?!?!?

Ritchie killed it, once I was able to ignore billy overplaying this one. Even portnoy contained himself.

What a powerful trio.. thanks to Carl Coggins for introducing me to the Winery Dogs.. I’m freshly inspired

  8. Kevin Raabe says:
