I want to play this concert for all those guys, I’ve spoken to over the years, who insisted a band NEEDS two guitar players. BS!
Rather see this than Dream Theater ANYDAY
And WHY the Portnoy ball shots? 🙂 So unneeded…..
Man……May 5th……Michigan…..I can’t wait!!!!!  ; )
Fooled around and fell in love was great, Elvin Bishop yes but he hired Mickey Thomas to sing that song bad ass singer that also sung the song Jane in Jefferson Starship and yes Richie did a GREAT JOB love that guy, very busy band, from Mr. Big to Dream Theater what more could you ask for. If there is and there is a name for SUPER BANDS The Winery Dogs certainly fall in that class.
alter bridge feeling
I never knew Ninja Brian could play the guitar and sing so well.
f*cking time machine is so beautiful <3
Three of the greatest, right here in one band…Rock on, Brothers…
I’m confused, Kotsen plays without using the pick really?
Some great moments! #TheWineryDogs #WineryDogs
To me, the best trio in 10’s !
Love the sound quality, particularly Portnoy’s Tama StarClassics.
Who’s idea was it to put these 3 beasts together in one band? Just absurd I say 🙂
I don’t sadly dig this,you dig!
Have been listening to more of these guys. Since they are a trio, I will compare (unfair, I know) with one of the best trios of all time; Rush. When I hear Rush, I hear amazing well-crafted songs and integrated sounds…a band in harmony showing the collective is greater than he individual. Here…the Dogs are best when Mike and Billy are just sitting in the pocket and complementing Richie. All too often though, Billy and Mike try to show how technical and skilled they are to the detriment of the song imho. Mike is amazing and Billy is brilliant…just wish they would dial it back more on a number of songs. This is a great concert overall…great collaboration.
so glad I saw these guys live September 2016 at Rocktember in Hinkley, MN.
this is one of my favorites on YouTube. the recording is so clear and and balanced . Billys bass tone is just plain AWESOME !!!! JUST LOVE THIS CONCERT
The song Stand 55:00 sounds like Mr Big song to be with you sólo…
